Thanks for posting this. One point I think is valid to counter WaBuffo’s treasury tightening concerns in FHA loan limits being raised 18%. While the treasury is obviously an important mechanisms of transmission of dollars into the economy, lending is huge as well and with inventory still historically low this sector should be well supported
